DAY NINE

verse 19>>"She lays her hand to the spindle and her hands hold the distaff"

Definition of Distaff- from yourdictionary.com

Distaff; a staff on which fibers, as flax or wool, are wound before being spun into thread OR a woman's work or concerns.

Both of these definitions are pleading with us that this woman, works hard and that she can and does work on various projects (or tasks) at once.

This knowledgeable and multi-skilled woman spins yarn to make fabrics.
She also sews clothes and makes warm woolen garments for her family and for herself to wear.

She's not wasting time, so she should know head of time, what she needs to prepare for her own family, as well as, what needs to be prepared to sell or give in trade to other families.

DAY EIGHT

Proverbs 31
verse 18>> "She perceives that her merchandise is Good:
her candle goes not out by night."

Her work (merchandise, goods) are of good quality and
are crafted well. She does not worry of whether or not they
of "bad quality" to fall apart the next day.
So, she takes her time in crafting and allows ample amount
of time to complete a project carefully.

DAY SEVEN

Proverbs 31
verse 17>>

"She girds her lions with strength,
And strengthens her arms..."

She is strong enough to handle her work
(strong in her arms and her legs)
Always bending/squatting and lifting
to carry her different work loads.

DAY SIX

PROVERBS 31
verse 16>> "She considers a field and buys it."

IT ALL BEGINS WITH A SEED (or many seeds)

With the seed and/or money that she has earned in verse 13,

The 'proverbs 31' woman sees that she is able to bring in further produce, because of what she has done in verse 13.

In verse 13, she has taken interest in a vineyard that she has seen or heard about, she calls up "the current owners" to preview the land, and she finds that she can make good use of what she sees.

She now knows that this is a good area, she is able to PRODUCE A HARVEST, by planting a vineyard.

And, there 2 apparent ways made to PRODUCE INCOME from the harvest of her vineyard.

AT THE MARKET
(in verse 14)--
  1. She can harvest grapes to make and sell wine and other items that she comes up with.
  2. Or she can trade other things. (You don't always have to sell a thing, to bring in an income.)

DAY FIVE

PROVERBS 31
verse 15>>
"She rises also while it is yet night,
And gives meat to her household,
And a portion to her maidens."

She wakes up early, before dawn,
to prepare a meal for her household,
and to share with her workers.
In doing so,
she also sets an example for the young
women working in her home
under her supervision.
(For they are not yet married)

DAY FOUR

Proverbs 31--
Verse 14>> "She is like the merchants' ships..."
The Merchants will go to far away places to buy
and trade, so will she--
Bringing back (the goods) unto her household.
